Senyores i senyors, dames i cavallers, nens i nenes ….amb tots vostès : la nova voluntat contraposada!!!.
Tinc el plaer de retratar al més gran entre els grans i el més jove entre els mags: el Màgic Arnau!!
Un vespre de desembre el vaig tenir sota les llums i davant del fons negre profund,;vaig preparar el meu escenari per nosaltres i vam viure el ritual del retrat el qual ,com sabeu, sempre ha tingut aquest halo de misteri, bruixeria i màgia que evoca això que tant ens incomoda : l’APARENÇA.
Un retrat evoca els trets d’una persona, però el que crea impacte no és la representació o record de la persona si no la força de la imatge que tendeix a fer-nos considerar com realitat allò que no és més que aparença, és un tipus de màgia.
La similitud fabricada fotogràficament augmenta la sensació de realitat. En el retrat només veiem algunes parts del subjecte, altres aspectes continuen ocults. D’aquí la inevitable tornada a la idea de màgia i ficció.
En l’acte de retratar, com en la màgia, hi ha una cerca de l’instant que uneix realitat , atzar i il·lusió. Amb l’Arnau, en poca estona en l’escenari, vaig poder comprovar que els grans mags controlen l’atzar i donen la volta al concepte d’il·lusió.
Sabeu ja que a les Voluntats Contraposades els demano que s’amaguin de la meva càmera, de la meva observació i a l’Arnau li costa poc amagar i ocultar, forma part del seu gran show l’acte de simplificar, emfatitzar i aïllar la veritat per arribar a la il·lusió. A ell li demano que ho faci amb la seva pròpia presència. Els retratistes i els mags podem tenir voluntats contraposades davant de la càmera però tenim vocabulari comú, com per exemple la paraula TRUC (acció que provoca algun tipus d’avantatge sobre l’oponent o sobre una situació adversa, també dit ” parany ”). Podia ser aquest, el de l’Arnau i el meu, un duel de trucs i un duel de voluntats perquè els dos truquem o mentim, som uns mentiders i ens volen per això. Com millor mentim ,millors som en la nostra creació; aquí qui menteix millor té el poder a les seves mans. Voleu que us mentim. Amb quina dolça mentida voleu gaudir avui? . Els dos ocultem la realitat de forma parcial o potser oferim una veritat selectiva.
Així que la màgia i la fotografia tenen mots i ponts comuns que ens permeten anar del món visible cap a l’invisible o a l’inrevés. I aprendre les lliçons de tots dos mons.
Quina bellesa enorme té la força, la joventut, la il·lusió i la tenacitat d’un noi que sap fer-nos somiar amb els seus trucs, paranys, misteris, aparences i MENTIDES CONSENTIDES.

Señoras y señores,damas y caballeros, niños y niñas ….con todos ustedes: la nueva voluntad contrapuesta.
Tengo el placer de retratar al más grande entre los grandes y el más joven entre los magos : el Màgic Arnau!!
Una tarde de diciembre lo tuve bajo las luces y ante el fondo negro profundo, le preparé mi escenario y vivimos el ritual del retrato el cual, como sabéis, siempre ha tenido ese halo de misterio, brujería y magia que evoca esto que tanto nos incomoda :la APARIENCIA.
Un retrato evoca lel carácter de una persona, pero lo que crea impacto no es la representación o recuerdo de la persona si no la fuerza de la imagen que tiende a hacernos considerar como realidad aquello que no es más que apariencia, es un tipo de magia.
La similitud fabricada fotográficamente aumenta la sensación de realidad. En el retrato sólo vemos algunas partes del sujeto, otros aspectos continúan ocultos. De aquí el inevitable retorno a la idea de magia i ficción.
En el acto de retratar , como en la magia, hay una búsqueda del instante que une realidad ,azar e ilusión .Con Arnau , en poco rato en el escenario, pude comprobar que los grandes magos controlan el azar y dan la vuelta al concepto de ilusión.
Sabéis ya que a las Voluntades Contrapuestas les pido que se escondan de mi cámara, de mi observación y a Arnau le cuesta poco esconder y ocultar, forma parte de su gran show el acto de simplificar, enfatizar y aislar la verdad para llegar a la ilusión. A él le pido que lo haga con su propia presencia.
Los retratistas y los magos podemos tener voluntades contrapuestas ante la cámara pero tenemos vocabulario común, como por ejemplo la palabra TRUCO (acción que provoca algún tipo de ventaja sobre el oponente o sobre una situación adversa, también llamado» trampa»). Podía ser este , el de Arnau i mio ,un duelo de trucos y un duelo de voluntades p orque los dos trucamos o mentimos, somos unos mentirosos y nos quieren por ello. Cuánto mejor mentimos mejores somos en nuestra creación; aquí quién miente mejor tiene el poder en sus manos. Queréis que os mintamos. Con qué dulce mentira queréis disfrutar hoy? Los dos ocultamos la realidad de forma parcial o puede ser ofrecemos una verdad selectiva.
Así que la magia y la fotografía tienen palabras y puentes comunes que nos permiten ir del mundo visible hacia el invisible o al revés. Y aprender las lecciones de los dos mundos.
Qué belleza enorme tiene la fuerza, la juventud, la ilusión y el tesón de un chico que sabe hacernos soñar con sus trucos, trampas, misterios, apariencias y MENTIRAS CONSENTIDAS.
